Our Charity Work

Tim and Vicki’s vision has always been to keep Nutrishop highly active in the community. We are about goals; we want to help you achieve your goals while giving back to the community that has shown us so much love and support.

We have sponsored local high schools, an adult contact football league, and many events to raise money for local and national charities. We have held fundraisers for local military, local police, and donations for churches. We have donated and raised over $30,000 in cash and gifts in the three years we have been open in the Treasure Valley.

Our goal is to continue giving back even more and we have big plans to do so. We plan to hold a special appreciation month for all our local firefighters, military, and police; during this time, we ask our local Nutrishop family to help us recognize those who protect our community.

Below are some of the causes that are closest to our hearts. When you have some time, please check out the links. We continue to seek out causes to support in any way we can, so if you are looking to support and give back as well, check back in as we update our page frequently.

It is important to us to show support and assistance to those who do not have a choice in their current circumstance.  We have taken part in events from the Boise State Dance Marathon to Toys for Tots and other events to show our support.

Cancer is one of the worst diseases and can absolutely come out of nowhere for most families and individuals. We believe it is important to show support to stamp out Cancer. We have done many events with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, including our Lift for Leukemia which we sponsored as well as the Basketball for a Cure “pink out” game at Boise High School.

We believe in supporting those willing to sacrifice themselves for us and our freedoms. Recently we raised money for the Semper FI fund with the request funds would stay local for our veterans. We are currently looking to partner up with a local Military Veteran Charity to do a Support our Military shirt fund raiser for to help bring awareness to our troops going through a tough transition and to show them our support.

Ada County Fraternal Order of Police.

We felt across this nation our police were under assault and needed to see the support of the local community. We set out with an effort to prove that Boise/ Meridian and the entire Treasure Valley stands with and behind those who serve our community. Our efforts were rewarded by this amazing community as they came out in a big way. With their help, we raised over $7000 in funds for our local Brother in Blue. We did this through selling our “Local Law Enforcement Support” shirts with 100% of all proceeds going to The Lodge.

We have worked multiple events with them including the Mark Stall Event, Boise Police Activities League, golf course events, a special in-store “Law Enforcement Appreciation” day and co-sponsored a dinner to raise funds for Officer Kevin Holtry. We look forward to doing more in the future with them and hope to make our law enforcement shirt drive an annual event.
